Snapper Music Online Store - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are you based? Can I order from my country?

Snapper Music is based in London, UK. We ship CDs/DVDs to most parts of the world.

2. What currency are your prices in?

All prices shown in our online store are in UK pounds. When you get to the payment page, you will also be able to see the total in Euros or US dollars before you make your payment.

3. Why do you show two different prices for each product?

The first price is for customers in the European Union, who must pay VAT (EU sales tax) at 17.5%. The second price (in red) is for customers outside the EU, who do not have to pay VAT.

When you complete your delivery details at the checkout, VAT will be removed from the total if you're outside the EU.

4. How do you deliver and what's the cost?

In the UK, we send orders by first class post. Outside the UK, all orders are sent by airmail. Costs for packing and delivery are as follows:

UK: £1.00 for first item
Europe: £1.50 for first item
USA & Canada: £1.75 for first item
South America: £2.00 for first item
Australia & NZ: £2.50 for first item
Rest of World: £3.00 for first item

Please add £0.50 for each other item in the same order in the UK and £0.75 for each other item in the rest of the world. Your total shipping cost will be shown at checkout, before you make any payment.

5. How long do you take to ship orders?

We aim to dispatch items in stock within 48 hours from the first working day we have your order (For example, if you place an order over the weekend, we cannot process the order until Monday). If there is going to be a significant delay to your order we will contact you to advise.

6. Can I return items?

If goods are faulty, incorrect, or shipped in error, you can return them for a full refund. In other cases, to prevent copying, once the CD/DVD shrinkwrap is removed, we cannot accept goods for return.

7. Is your online store secure?

Yes. When you are asked for your personal details, you will be transferred to a secure server. You will see the URL (web address) begins HTTPS - the S indicates a secure server. Our webserver uses Secure Socket Layer software and 128 bit encryption, and is protected behind a firewall.

Payment is handled by WorldPay secure payment servers, and Snapper Music will not see or record your credit card details. For more info: www.worldpay.com

8. Can I pay by check or cash?

At this time, we can only process online orders using credit cards. Sorry.

9. Will you use my personal details to send me spam?

No. We do not send unsolicited emails, and your personal information will not be shared with or sold to any other organisation.
